Self Care and Mindfulness

The O&E Team invites you to a 30-minute presentation on the benefits of practicing self-care and mindfulness. The webinar will provide attendees on the importance and benefits of self-care and coping skills.
What you’ll learn during the presentation:
• The meaning of mindfulness and mindfulness practices
• The importance of self-care
• Resources and tips for optimal coping
WHEN: Wednesday, July 22, 2020 4:30 PM-5:00 PM (PST)
The facilitators will also offer an additional 30 minutes following the presentation to answer any questions, and conduct one-on-ones for skill buildings as needed/requested by participants.
