Kathy brings more than 30 years of experience leading nonprofit organizations and is widely recognized for her passion and expertise in addressing childhood trauma.
What sets Kathy apart is her previous tenure as Executive Director of The Priority Center from 1995 to 2007. During her 12 years of leadership, the organization experienced tremendous growth, with the annual budget increasing from $300,000 to over $5.2 million, and the staff expanding from 6 to 75 members. Under her guidance, the Center served more than 26,000 children annually. Her familiarity with the Center’s programs, funding sources, and government contracts makes her uniquely qualified to lead during this critical transition.
Kathy brings exceptional expertise in fundraising, with extensive experience in crafting comprehensive fundraising plans, marketing strategies, strategic frameworks, and operational plans. She is deeply dedicated to supporting the Center’s staff and ensuring a seamless continuation of services during this leadership transition. Starting on December 2nd, Kathy looks forward to connecting with each of you.
