Gordon McNeill is a distinguished leader in education and nonprofit management, bringing over 25 years of experience to his role as a consultant specializing in fundraising, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. His career is marked by significant achievements in both academic and philanthropic sectors.

Mr. McNeill’s tenure at Sage Hill School in Newport Beach, California, spanned 19 years, during which he served as Dean of Students, Head of School, and ultimately President. Under his leadership, the school completed its campus master plan and earned national recognition for academic excellence and innovative programming. He was instrumental in fostering a student-centered culture that emphasized creativity, courage, and community involvement.

In 2020, Mr. McNeill was appointed President and CEO of the TGR Foundation, a Tiger Woods Charity dedicated to empowering students through education. In this role, he led initiatives to provide educational opportunities to underserved youth, focusing on STEM education, college-access programs, and professional development for educators. He also spearheaded partnerships with organizations like the Find Your Grind Foundation, Providence Hospital, and Experian to help students align their passions with potential careers.

Mr. McNeill holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Columbia University.
