Michelle Woodhill

Chief Executive Officer

A Southern California native, Michelle previously served as Chief Development Officer at Illumination Health + Home and at Tower Cancer Research Foundation, formerly the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation. At Tower, she established a comprehensive fundraising program, securing the organization’s largest six- and seven-figure gifts to date and building national major-gift and pharmaceutical partnerships that significantly expanded its philanthropic reach.

Michelle brings more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and fundraising across healthcare and community services, with a focus on major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, and long-term philanthropic strategy. Her appointment marks a pivotal moment for The Priority Center as the organization responds to increased demand for services, shifts in government funding, and opportunities for thoughtful regional expansion.

Michelle received her Juris Doctorate from The Suffolk University Law School with a concentration in International Law and a focus on juvenile defense and child advocacy. She graduated cum laude from The George Washington University with a B.A. in International Relations. Michelle serves on the board of directors for two nationally recognized non-profits, The Breasties and The LYTE Foundation.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, taking Pilates and spinning, playing tennis in her local league, and trips to Disneyland.
