Sarah G. Odegaard

Sarah brings a thoughtful blend of legal expertise, leadership, and community commitment to The Priority Center. As a commercial litigator, she has represented businesses, universities, religious organizations, and manufacturers in complex matters across state and federal courts. Her career has also included advocating in childhood sexual abuse cases and advising community associations on a range of legal issues.

Beyond her legal work, she is deeply committed to serving her community, including volunteering as a youth basketball coach and previously serving as Vice Chair of The Raise Foundation’s Board of Directors.

Sarah’s dedication to strengthening families and communities aligns closely with The Priority Center’s mission. We are excited to welcome her leadership, expertise, and passion for service as we continue our work supporting children, families, and communities throughout Orange County.
